Our Commitment to Accurate Information

If this is life-threatening, call 112 (national emergency) or 119 (medical emergency / ambulance) first. 112 is the national emergency number in Indonesia; 119 is the public health emergency line (PSC 119) for ambulance and medical dispatch. Make that call before you contact us. Once help is moving, message the desk and we take over the coordination around it.

On a page people may read during a medical emergency, accuracy is a safety matter. So this site publishes only the official emergency numbers, carries no figures it cannot evidence, avoids static facility lists that go stale, and states plainly on every service page that we are a concierge desk and not a medical provider.

Why this page exists

Health content is read by people making decisions under pressure, sometimes at three in the morning, sometimes about a child. Being approximately right is not good enough in that setting, and the usual habits of promotional writing — a rounded-up statistic, a confident response time, a claimed relationship with a hospital, an invented testimonial — become genuinely dangerous. This page sets out the rules we hold ourselves to and, more usefully, what we refuse to do.

What we will not publish

No phone number we have not verified. This site carries the official national emergency numbers — 112, and 119 for ambulance and medical dispatch — and our own contact details. It does not publish third-party direct lines, because numbers get reassigned and a wrong number dialled during an emergency wastes the minutes that matter most.

No response time in minutes, no fleet size, no staff count. Traffic between Sanur, Denpasar and the southern resorts is unpredictable and ceremonies close roads without notice. Any figure we quoted would be a guess dressed as a commitment.

No testimonials, ratings, patient counts, certifications, awards or founding dates. If we could not put evidence in front of a reader who asked for it, the sentence does not belong on the page, so those sentences have been removed rather than softened.

No facility list presented as a recommendation, and no third-party direct lines. The hospital directory on this site carries each entry with its source and the date it was checked, so a reader can see how old the information is before acting on it. Capability changes by the hour — a department fills, a specialist travels, imaging closes overnight. Capabilities and opening hours change. We confirm by phone at the time of your case.

What we state on every service page

That we are an independent medical concierge; that we are not a clinic, hospital or ambulance operator; that we do not employ medical staff; that we are not affiliated with any medical facility; and that all clinical care is delivered by licensed providers. It appears on every service page because the one thing a reader must not misunderstand is who is treating them.

We also put the emergency-number instruction above any invitation to contact us. A commercial call to action should never sit above the advice that could save a life.

The line between logistics and medicine

We write about logistics, language, documents and money. We do not write clinical guidance: no symptom checkers, no first-aid instruction, no medication or dosage information, no advice on whether something can wait until morning. Where a reader needs that, the honest answer on the page is to see a licensed practitioner or dial the emergency number, and we say so rather than filling the gap with something that reads helpful.

How we correct things

When we find a claim on this site that we cannot support, we remove it rather than rewording it, and where a page cannot be made accurate without invention we take it down instead of publishing a plausible version. Pages removed permanently return a 410 status so search engines drop them rather than keep showing them. If you find something here that is wrong, misleading or out of date, tell the desk and we will correct it.

Independence

We hold no affiliation, partnership or network arrangement with any medical facility, which is why no facility logo or branding appears anywhere on this site. What decides a destination is stated openly instead of implied: the condition in front of us, the distance that has to be covered, and what the receiving department can take at that hour. Those three are checkable against the case by the person reading them, which is the point of writing them down.
